 The ResinMix has been developed at a 3 component version to enable companies to process a resin with 2 different hardeners. This allows the system to dispense a mixed material with a specific open time to suit the application criteria.


The metering is carried out by individually driven, axial piston pumps with the materials supplied by bulk containers.

Flowmeters ensure the mix entered is controlled & maintained and this is over seen by the 2KM control system based on either our own microprocessor of a Siemens PLC.

 

 

Metering technology Direct coupling of inverter controlled, geared AC motors directly coupled to variable displacement axial piston pumps. 1 x Resin 2 x Hardener
Ratio range 10:10:100 through 100:100:100 to 100:10:10
Output (depending on Viscosity) 20,000 cc per minute
Viscosity range Up to 2,000 cps (processing viscosity)
Maximum operating pressures 260 bar at pump outlet
